The timeline starts once we have the briefing, access, and minimum content. Delays on the client's side push back the schedule and don't jump ahead of projects already booked.

Plan questions

Why is there a setup fee on top of the monthly plan?

Because setup is where the heaviest work happens: assessment, structure, design, content, settings, and launch. It's paid once and keeps the monthly fee low. After that, the monthly fee covers maintenance and your plan's recurring deliverables.

When does the monthly fee start?

On launch day. The setup fee is paid before we start. Applicable taxes are extra; third-party licenses and usage fees aren't included.

Is there a minimum commitment? What happens after 6 months?

Yes, there's a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, the service continues month to month with 30 days' notice. At the end of month 6, we review together whether to continue, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, once the new scope is confirmed and any difference in setup cost is covered. The commitment period doesn't restart automatically unless there's significant new setup work and that's spelled out up front.

Will the domain be in my name?

Yes. The domain should be registered in your name from day one, and you authorize us to handle the technical side.

Are ads and social media included?

No. They can be quoted separately. Growth and Pro repurpose real examples of your work, but they don't include full social media management.
